ZOOZ Solutions Introduces Web Application for Pet Food Frequent Buyer Programs
ZOOZ Solutions Ltd., a web-design and application development company based in Vancouver, British Columbia, has created a program for pet-specialty retailers that is designed to electronically organize customers’ frequent-buyer cards. The Pet Food Frequent Buyer Program keeps track of customers’ purchases of pet food so that the 10th or 12th bag, or whichever it may be for that brand, is free.
ZOOZ Solutions CEO Shane Crawford said the program is ideal for any retailer with an internet connection who wants to make keeping tabs on frequent-buyer programs more efficient. At checkout, employees enter the customer’s phone number and select the appropriate frequent-buyer card. The cashier then selects the appropriate product and the purchased item is recorded. Once the card is full, a link will appear, taking the employee through the redeeming process. The customer can either redeem the card or wait until next time.
In addition, employees can add new cards for customers starting a frequent-buyer program, add vendors and add and edit products. The program also provides neat and tidy redemption reports for suppliers.
